IT Analyst

You are an IT Analyst looking for a challenge – and we’re looking for you. 

You are a part of a corporate technology team and community with amazing customer and technical experiences. You interact with tech experts daily in a smaller corporate team that is light on structure and heavy on relationship building interactions.

You are customer centric.

You take the initiative while working with external and internal teams to solve problems. You are proactive and follow through to make sure the solutions you provide are working. You thrive in an environment that forces you to think on your feet and challenges you intellectually. You enjoy the challenge of troubleshooting and resolving issues that spans servers, laptops, software, and operating systems. 

You tackle the task at hand. 

You check event logs for issues and fix all warnings, errors, and critical errors – and remediate those errors or escalate when needed. You provide Windows Server and SQL server patching, verify SQL backups, and monitor disk space and server performance. You also monitor internal applications on their health and perform the necessary administration. 

You work on internal applications and business systems. 

You are comfortable working on projects in colocation and virtual environments ranging from the firewall down to the desktop. You work on internal infrastructure projects and system upgrades (Exchange, Server OS.) You have system center experience and a drive to learn new approaches and technology. You work on network device upgrades (WiFi, Switches) and facilitate the onboarding of new employees.

You provide world class help desk service. 

You leverage interpersonal skills to understand individuals issues and the importance of correction to decisively act and solve their problem. You work with individuals to triage and prioritize issues, research and test possible solutions, and track activity to follow-up while communicating the cause, solution, and steps to prevent reoccurrence. 

You love extra credit.

You are familiar with O365 or are looking to gain experience with it – more specifically, SharePoint. You are interested in DevOps. You are a constant learner and thoughtfully researching new solutions to problems excites you. You look for roles where you can grow and develop new skills.
